In order to become a good entrepreneur, there will always have to be efficient comprehension of work and available human resources by the entrepreneur. This is because there cannot be selfish needs of an entrepreneur met at the cost of exploiting employees and not empathizing with the employees. There must also be development of motivation to lead ethically and fairly by the entrepreneur along with motivating every employee. Otherwise, the employees might feel forced to be led and influenced by the entrepreneur.
